The firm's broad family law practice includes services for clients seeking help with divorce, custody, visitation, and spousal maintenance matters, as well as all of the financial and property issues that result from a family dispute. We represent clients in Minnesota and Wisconsin through our offices in St. Paul, MN and Menomonie, WI.

In addition to direct client services, we provide mediation services for family law disputes. Mediation has become a popular way to settle civil disputes and obliges all sides of a dispute to sit down with a mediator in order to solve a shared problem. By definition, a mediator is a neutral person who is an empathetic, conciliatory problem-solver.
